U.S. based Lincolnshire International and Arbora Global Career Partners have joined forces to create a global network of 37 career transition firms. With more than 200 offices on six continents, this partnership will make Lincolnshire International the largest career management service industry specialist in the world. This announcement came from Jane Salmen, President of BluePrint, a Lincolnshire Affiliate and Board Member of Lincolnshire International.
Lincolnshire International, founded in 1986, provides clients with an immediate, seamless response to human capital needs. Established in 1989, Arbora Global Career Partners is an international group of owner-managed companies specializing in career development, outplacement services and executive coaching.
While each firm is independently owned, this new partnership will work as a team to accommodate client needs worldwide. BluePrint/Lincolnshire International’s strong connections with local organizations and job markets, coupled with Arbora Global Career Partners’ worldwide reach, will increase the ease and level of quality for companies with career transitional needs regardless of location.
