BluePrint will then conduct a customized search that allows us to source the best possible candidates for your position. Unlike many large recruiting firms, we do not rely on job boards, data bases or telemarketing companies in the search process. Our significant recruiting experience enables us to find, select and qualify the best candidates for your positions. We present you with only prescreened and qualified candidates. Our goal is to present you only with candidates that are the "best of the best."
BluePrint will verify references, compensation, and credentials for any candidate as requested. We will then act as an intermediary between you and the desired candidate during the closing process. We are involved from the beginning to the end of the entire recruiting process.
